If you did not pass the exam on your first try, you are in good company. Even long-time contact center professional find the exam challenging.

Candidates are permitted up to three attempts to pass the certification exam before being required to re-register for the certification program.

Retaking the Certification Exam

Scheduling to retake the exam is not difficult.  You can register online to retake the certification exam by clicking the Retake icon below.  There is a $95 retake fee.  The registrar will reset your user name and password, and you will be given another four weeks to prepare for re-examination.  Candidates are allowed up to two retakes.

To request a retake exam, select your exam, and click "Retake"

Re-Registering for the Certification Program

Candidates that have not passed the exam after three attempts will not progress in the certification process.  Re-registering for the certification program is permitted after one year.
